Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All items are made fresh and to order.

 Notice Periods & Refunds

  • 7+ days' notice from pickup date: A full refund will be issued
  • <72 hours notice from pickup date: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • <24 hours notice from pick up date: No refund will be issued.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up to pick up your order, no refund will issued.
  • If we have to cancel an order for any reason at any time, a full refund will be issued.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders at the time of booking to secure the date. The remainder of the balance will be due 1 week prior to the pickup date. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation and loss of the deposit.
